Many of you know that I have been very focused this year on living a healthy lifestyle.  The first
question people seem to ask these days after the "Wow! You look wonderful." is "How did you do
it?"  This page is the answer to that question.

The simplest answer is just's simple.  I eat less and move more.  The real answer is that it
takes focus and a lot of work.  So, after 20+ years of being overweight, the real question is, "Why did
